The Heap Data Structure is a tree-based data structure in which all the nodes of the tree are in a specific order. Each and every node of the tree are inserted based on the priority. Here am considering an example of 'Ticketing System tools', many organizations use ticketing system tools, where the manager or a team member may raise tickets to other team members. For example, a team member A, has received 5 tickets in a week which needs to be resolved. But unfortunately, one day the manager raises a new ticket which is of high severity and assigned to the same team member 'A' i.e. with the highest priority. In that case, the team member A, should start working on the highest priority ticket than working on the first raised tickets. Priority queues are usually implemented as heaps.
