Ethics is considered an important factor in healthcare administration, especially during the continuous changes associated with technical, economic, and behavioural development. The nurse managers are regarded as a crucial part of healthcare administration, who work at different levels in the healthcare institutions such as ward, middle as well as strategic management. In the healthcare sector, ethical issues like confidentiality, autonomy, informed consent and privacy of the patients arise often, and the nurses are required to provide effective solutions while maintaining ethical standards. This study is basically focused on analyzing the impact of nursing leadership on managing ethical challenges in patient care.
