In a medical ward, the Registered Nurse (RN) was providing care to a health consumer who mobilized with a walking frame but was very slow with this. The RN was due to go on their lunch break but needed to shower the health consumer first. The health consumer stated they wanted to walk to the shower. The RN used a wheelchair to take them to the bathroom as it was quicker, and they could get to their break sooner.
