1) Literature review: Describe FIVE (5) best practices on “whistleblowing program management” based on journals, articles and other secondary resources. Describe the name of the journal, its source, title, author and year. All journals/articles must be after 2015.

Part 2:
2) Introduction of the company.
3) Methodology applied in securing the information required from the company – ie. Interview, secondary resources etc. (recommended method -interview).
4) A comprehensive analytical report detailing the finding from the interview questions suggested above.
5) A comparison report between the best practices described in the literature review and the current practices. Propose THREE (3) improvements or recommendation your group would suggest to the organisation.
6) In your group’s opinion, how good is the whistleblowing program in the stated organisation.
