13. No Waiver. Lender whereby shall no discard or dismiss any of the content or provision of this agreement or the exercise of any form of rights held under this agreement unless a waiver consent is given. Waive by a lender of a breach or violation in any form of provision of this agreement shall not constitute to a waiver .
14. Severability. In the time of invalid or unenforable, any of the provision of this agreement occurs or in any part, the remaining shall remain unaffected and shall be continue to be valid and enforceable.
15. Assignment. Lender shall have the authority to assign or any portion of this Agreement with written notice to borrower. Borrower shall not have any form of authorty to assign this agreement without the written consent of lender.
16. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed and enforced by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulation of the State of _________________, not including its conflicts of law provisions.
