Assessment description
For this assignment, you will produce a PowerPoint presentation and either (a) its accompanying script, or (b) an audio (voice over PowerPoint) recording. The presentation should be 10-15 minutes or equivalent (1800 word script).

The assessment task will involve preparing a PowerPoint presentation on the digestive system, and nutrition and metabolism.

You will choose any food of your choosing, and identify the major macronutrient in that food, as well as two micronutrients. You will then prepare PowerPoint slides with an accompanying explanatory script or voice recording to demonstrate how we get from the chosen food substance to the nutrients and chemical molecules being available in the body.

If you choose to provide the script, you must submit your script in the ‘notes’ section for each slide, and upload the PowerPoint file. If you choose to provide an audio recording with your slides, you can submit this as an appropriate PowerPoint or mp4 file.
