Please prepare a 10-minute presentation for the MNC Board to train the workforce in understanding importance of business values and ethics.

As part of your presentation, please address the following questions:

1. What are business ethics and why are they important?
2. In what ways are business ethics tied to concepts such as CSR and sustainability? 
3. Identify x2 real-world company examples which provide valuable lessons about NOT adhering to business ethics. What lessons about business ethics can be learned from these cases?
4. Give x2 appropriate actionable recommendations to the MNC Board on training for new graduates on personal conduct in relation to ethical dilemmas they may encounter during their employment.
