Requirements Analysis and Specification: Detail how the business case was developed in case of the NZ Health Board's project and then compare it against the approaches discussed in the prescribed textbook (or literature)
Requirements Validation: Describe how you would validate the requirements with supporting literature
Part 3: Proposed Plan of Action
The case study explains the events that led up to the selection of the original IT platform and the challenges the project team faced in deciding what to do when the platform did not meet contractual specifications. You as a Business Analyst, review the current literature including trade journals, etc. and present ideas with proper justification to resolve the problems stated in the case study .
