INTRODUCTION
I am currently pursuing my master’s in business management in Healthcare in Kaplan Business School. I have been started as an ordinary student on Campus. In January 2020 world changed. Circumstances have been changed, and I am seeing changes in my behavior also, but not just because of the world pandemic. The Capstone subject is on the KBS portal described as an "approach to developing the strategic capabilities required of business leaders, on building the competencies and knowledge across a wide range of business disciplines and functions."
This essay is about my professional past, present, and future. Will be about learning, knowledge, expectations, and self-awareness. The information which I obtained during my study how I am using them in my present and how I will develop them in the future. This reflects my personal experience.

THE VALUE OF REFLECTIVE PRACTICE FOR MANAGERS AND LEADERS
Reflective Practice permits people to look at their considerations and activities with the consolation and backing of associates who regularly battle with comparable inquiries and difficulties. It is an excursion of personal development through mindfulness and self-disclosure. Through this practice, good leaders and the management students learn to practice their experience on-field. This practice helps the students, leaders and managers to explore the skills, behavior, and knowledge that supports leadership development in an individual. Group members or the teams are encouraged to use the capability and knowledge of the team to think their way towards an answer. This method alone can be anxiety conveying, but, outrageous decisions are sometimes upsetting and learning to reflect on and about them is a significant leadership skill. The reflective practice will not only allow the leaders or the managers to explore their leadership capabilities but also works as a tool for solving the existing issues as well as helps in developing the aptitudes of intellectual adaptability, basic reasoning, undivided attention, and vital dynamics for better resolution of issues in the future. Reflective practice is about improvement, it is about understanding what is to be learned and then applying it in practice to understand if the intended learnings are understood or not. It is about using the total understanding of the group to design procedures and thoughts. Ultimately, it is regarding exploring oneself and the self's capacity to exploit the human administrative present inside the group or team and to use that experience to push ahead as a more fit and prepared individual. Reflective practice affirms an individual’s potential. Extraordinary leaders identify and maintain human potential as empowering individuals is empowering with the institution.

REFLECTION ON LEARNINGS FROM THE CAPSTONE SUBJECT AND CONSULTANCY RESEARCH PROCESS
The MBA 600 Capstone: Strategy subject and consultancy helped me understand the business model. As a long-term success differentiation is suitable to create a distinctive position in the dynamism scenario. The internal analysis of self-capability transformation changed my analysis for self-improvement and preparation for the corporate world. Examples of developing faith and managing in crisis have helped me learn and develop a passion for customer service, relationship building, and create a unique proposition. Experience in consumer interaction and compared my sales experience of pharmaceuticals with the consulting company during our capstone subject.
In my view, leadership theories are the application of the overall understanding of the problems identified. I also think it is the way we can find out solutions to the actual strategies. Through the course of the MBA600 Capstone: Strategy, I was able to apply and understand such theories applicability. I was also able to identify the sample problems that can help to identify the actual strategies. In my view, from the lectures and with the solution I was able to draw the meaning and use it. The course has helped in finding the solution and to find a purpose with an overview of the macro and microenvironment strategies and with the business and the realization of the strategies. The course has helped in the finding, a solution, and even identified the set theories and the strategies that would be defined, they would result be based on the justified recommendations along with the conclusion. 
Rea group assessments increased my interest in marketing. I learned about organizations' strategy and business model, products they developed, operations they are using, about competitive advantage and competition strategies. During my research, I read prognoses on the economic impact of COVID-19 on the real estate business in Sydney. I was able to transform the knowledge I learned into my personal life and apply this information for a better negotiation position with the real estate agency I am using.
I have realized to gain help to expand and broaden the future findings that can go beyond the books. The course and the content have made me more confident and more empowered. I have learned the planning, strategizing, leading, implementation and in the evaluation of results and approaches (Jenkins, 2016). I have identified how to learn and to derive knowledge pertaining to course content and with the set meanings. We had a lot of examples of how to use it in the company and how to manage it. The information are based on the devised defined competency experience at an individual. From the course, I have learned the practical application is based on the individual's expertise and finding real situations. Through the personal values, the goals and the individual's continuous fulfillment and the expectations, the socially responsible leader having morals and values, thereby exhibiting professionalism (Friedman, 2017).  Reflective skills are more evaluated through self-learning and the evaluation results, learn along with to improve further (Jenkins 2016).

PERSONAL REFLECTION 
I have learned from the course Kaplan Business School MBA600 Capstone that one can use the contents like Contemporary Leadership, Governance Ethics and Sustainability, Financial Interpretation for the betterment and to gain knowledge. I have learned the course that has helped me to learn more about the, Consumer Behavior and Marketing Psychology, Communication along with the Healthcare Strategies used interactively (Jenkins 2016). It is the finding of the Capstone course that can be reinforced, the importance of the leadership skills that can be based on the research. I have learned the continuous learning which has improved at an overall level. It has helped me to be more receptive and to identify ideas and innovation along with using engaging communication skills. The importance of marketing psychology is based on the cognitive dissonance experience that can be attained at a macro level that can be matched at the microenvironment. Business can be accessed through the SWOT and PESTEL analysis, my future plans and the new evaluated strategy can be identified through the business tools and using the concept of competitive strategy. I have used the course content for a better knowledge of profitability and sustainability. It is important to the skills that are important and for the business engagement rules.

I have five years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical organization as an assistant to the management team as well as later as a sales representative.  I worked as a sales representative for the pharmaceutical organization in the area. As a sales representative, I retained customers and prolonged contracts by addressing concerns and issues, as well as negotiating new contracts that fulfilled the desires and requirements of customers. I showed presentations regarding products to small and large groups, especially outline competitive advantages and optimal benefits.
