The Wines dataset contains data on three classes of wine. The objective of this problem is to use the wine data (excluding the class designation) to cluster the samples into three groups. You are limited to using hierarchical clustering for this problem. You will need to select the distance and linkage methods that give the best correspondence between the cluster results and the class assignments in the wine dataset. Your answer will be presented in an Html file that you submit for grading. Use the Rmarkdown package to create the Html file. The file should contain the following sections: 

1. Data input and pre-treatment 

2. Data cluster analysis (only show the code for the best distance and linkage methods and include a confusion matrix in the form of a table that shows the correspondence between the hierarchical assigned cluster and the cluster in the wine data file) 

3. Cluster dendrogram (show the three cluster assignments by cutting the dendrogram to form 3 clusters) 

4. Heatmap (show the distance matrix, using the distance measure that you chose, as a heatmap, i.e., a matrix where the cells correspond the pairwise distances between each of the samples that have been organized based on the clustering)
