The case study is about a school called JPM University that is facing low student registrations. My professor said we should ignore the marketing aspect of the case study and the undergraduate aspect of recruitment. So first thing is to create the current business process of JPMU which is called an "as is model"  in CAWEMO. Then analyse the current situation and root cause of the problems and why the postgraduate admission rate is low. It can be because the process is manual, or duplicated (if you read thoroughly you will notice the AR and IO are doing the same thing) just for different applicants (International or Home students). Then the solution is to suggest the implementation of an Enterprise system to improve efficiency and you must state what you know the problem is and how the Enterprise systems you are proposing will solve the problem and improve postgraduate admissions.After this then you create another model called the "TO BE" business model showing how you have solved the problem to improve admission rate.The root cause analysis is done with a fishbone diagram. you will also note the critical success factors etc. I have attached the case study, the assignment brief, some of my class materials and some reading materials to help you. Also, this is my cawemo login to create the BPMN diagram for "AS IS" business model and the "TO BE" business model after solving the problem
