Task: Tour proposal: Provide a day by day description of the itinerary and a comprehensive list of tour inclusions. Include brief overview of destinations to be visited. Additionally, include a section that explains why your proposed tour is well suited to the inbound travellers. Refer to needs and preferences identified in the secondary research you have conducted. Conditions of booking should be clearly explained within the proposal, encompassing issues such as required deposit, date for final payment, minimum numbers and any fees related to amendment and cancellation You may include a selection of maps and pictures to illustrate the proposed itinerary and enhance the appeal of the proposal. Completed costing sheets: Costing sheets enable a tour planner to check that all products, costs, margins etc. have been considered and accounted for. They show how you arrived at the total price per person stated in your proposal. A costing template is provided in this brief.
