• Define each of the four factors you have chosen. Refer to recommended course readings and other research sources.

• Research the hospitality industry of your chosen country focusing on the four PESTE factors.

• Suggest 2 strategies for each factor that can be adapted to either enhance the positives or mitigate the negatives.

This assessment covers the following Learning outcome:  analyse and discuss a number of critical issues and constraints facing the local and international hospitality industry

Task:

 Create and develop a professional Academic Poster that illustrates your understanding

• of the issues and constraints facing the hospitality industry

• the use of graphs, tables and illustrations is expected

Part 2 – Presentation and feedback session
