2.Write answers to following questions.
a. The ‘Reach Vision’ (RV) is an organization has two verticals, training & development and consultancy in strategic planning. In the recent past, RV conducted the environment analysis to assess the potential market needs. The need assessment report reveals that the quite good number of organizations expressed the need for preparing the workforce/manpower for innovation, market changes, sustenance, multi-skills, forward vision, motivation, inspiration, personal development and holistic health. RV designed series of training programs to address the manpower working at different level irrespective to the type of organization. The program titled as; “Organization Leadership” is one of the programs launched by RV.
(i) Write any three performance outcomes for proposed training program by using Bloom’s taxonomy of cognitive domain.

(iii) Write one performance outcome from each domain stated in (i) and (ii) with conditions and criteria as per Mager and Piper ID model.
