Here think about:
•    the scope of the TLA scheme and how topics are sequenced to allow your students to practise and remember new knowledge and skills.
•    How your scheme allows learners to integrate new knowledge into larger concepts/ideas.
•    How does the alignment support inclusive practice?
Annotate your TL&A scheme to show examples.  
Use sources which focus on teaching and learning in your specialist subject area.

1c. Evaluation 
Evaluate the strengths and limitations of the scheme in relation to providing a challenging and inclusive experience for learners in your specialist subject area.
Here should consider: 
•    Setting high expectations for learners
•    Ensuring and promoting an inclusive approach. 

1d. Recommendations 
Consider what changes you would recommend to develop the scheme further to ensure successful learning for every learner, and promote equality and manage diversity in the classroom. Make links here to the curriculum models you have discussed in the first section.  
Your recommendations should build on ideas discussed about curriculum alignment and strengths and limitations. (Remember your recommendations must come from your discussion.)   Provide examples of the improvements you would make referring to your current TL&A scheme.
