You are not expected to make any recommendations on what the organization should do, just to provide information to enable the financial director to make a decision.

1. Context - Provide the context of the organisation upon which the scenario in your coursework will be based i.e. identify the structure. For example, this can be a Plc, Ltd, Charity, or any other structure. You do not need to name the organisation, but you must have a clear idea of its form and the suitability of your chosen topic to it.

2. What is the decision that the Financial Director has asked for guidance on? Be as precise as possible.

3. What is the focus of your topic / what are the key issues? This should be based upon the articles you have researched. What questions do you plan to use in
your report to explore the key issues? Provide a synthesis of the arguments from the articles you have found to date. Remember your aim is to guide the Financial Director in their decision making process. This should provide a clear indication of what your research seeks to achieve.

4. Provide a list of references for some of the articles that you intend to use so far in Harvard format
