Provide an overview of the issue including possible causes and how it impacts communities. Make sure you reference the material you use to describe your issue.

Question 2: Develop a concept map on how your selected issue relates to 3-4 principles of CST. You must include a focus on dignity of the human person and the common good. A concept map is a visual representation of key concepts and relationships among them. Your concept map can take many forms for example: using images, photos, graphics, colour etc. to highlight differing concepts and their linkages or by identifying key the concepts by name and enclosing them in a visual box then providing connections to lesser concepts. An example has been included at the bottom of this assessment page.
The Steps in designing your concept map are:
• Make your issue of disadvantage central
• Identify and connect 4 CST principals that relate to your issue (you must include dignity of the human person and the common good)
• Identify how key ideas from each principle relate to your issue. The more detailed this section is the more you are demonstrating your thinking on the issue and principles.
• Build cross links between ideas

Question 3: Next, you are required to provide a written reflection of your concept map. Explain how your chosen issues relates the CST principles you have selected (again, you must include dignity of the human person and the common good). Make reference to unit material and readings to support your reflection.
