Highlights
Task 1: Reflective Task
Submit a 6-minute graduation speech recording (roughly 125 words per minute = equivalent to 700 words), responding to these two questions with clear explanations:
What is Pope Francis' understanding of human dignity and the common good in Laudato Si? How is it relevant to your course of study and a specific human community involved in your future profession?
Primarily, the marker will assess your graduation speech recording; however, it is a requirement that students also submit a script (text version of your graduation speech) to safeguard academic integrity. This assessment task will be considered incomplete/not submitted unless both the graduation speech recording (via the Echo360 link only - not hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) and script are submitted in one document file through Turnitin.
It is a requirement that you:
a) Produce your graduation speech using Echo360 (ACU's licenced audio-visual application - not any other audio-visual application) and include a link to your graduation speech at the top of your script. Further technical details on how to use Echo360 will be provided on LEO.
b) Demonstrate cl9ose and critical engagement with Laudato Si'.
c) Cite at least the following three resources:
d) Identify your course of study, specific human community, and future profession.
e) When citing Laudato Si', please ensure you include specific paragraph number(s). Further instructions:
