Assignment Task:

The case study is based on a reflective account provided by Lyn who talks about her struggle trying to source sufficient support for her adult son, Joe, who was diagnosed with night-time epilepsy. Lyn highlights several events, such as leaving his job, becoming reclusive and at risk of homelessness, as key indicators of Joe’s declining mental health and risk of suicide, and she reflects upon the subsequent involvement of services working with Joe prior to his death.
