You are required to use the Gibbs Reflective Cycle and critically reflect over a personal learning experience in 401206. You should use the Gibbs Cycle to structure your response. You may use the headings of the Gibbs cycle in your Reflection. Within your Reflection: 
you need to openly examine your own experiences, demonstrate non-defensive discussion growth and challenges in class learning, and ask probing questions of oneself and seek to answer them. (15 marks) 
you need to analyse, synthesise and evaluate appropriate ideas or issues from class discussion and learning activities. (15 marks) 
you need to reflect on (identify and critique) your own cultural rules, personal biases, assumptions or stereotypes and identify new, non-judgemental thinking. (15 marks) 
You should include the Gibbs (1988) cycle reference plus a minimum of 1 peer reviewed reference in your Part 1 Reflection. Use APA 70 edition style for referencing. Add any references used in Part 1 to the Reference list at the end of your assessment (on a new page after Part 2).
