Please I’m looking to do a grid following and grid forming inverter on Simulink.
There are no files. I just need the Simulink model on r2021. And a Word document explaining the current, voltage, active, and reactive power waveforms. I’ll give more detailed specifications when I’m in direct contact with the person who will be working on it.
1. Present snapshots of the different waveforms. Current, voltage, active, and reactive power.
2. Explain the impacts increasing the load on both inverters has on the above parameters.
3. Compare and discuss the grid following inverter model to that of the grid forming. Clearly highlighting the advantages of one over the other. 4. Where the stability of the model is disturbed introduce a controller to regulate the stability and discuss how it was chosen and it’s effect on the system. 5. You’ll also need to provide me the raw simulation file and Word document containing these descriptions.
In addition to the above please take note of the following instructions
1. The power rating of the inverter should be clearly specified.
2. There should be a fixed load and variable load
3. This variable load will be varied up to match/equal the fixed load. To see how much disturbance the system can accomodate.
4. Plot multiple scenarios on the same graph. i.e example when considering 3 different scenarios i fixed load is 10kw, and variable load is 4kw ii fised load 10kw variable load 5kw, iii 10kw 5kw. Plot the voltage the three different scenarios on the same graph and explain key features of the graphs. The same should be applied to the currents, active and reactive power, and frequency.
5. Please describe all components of the simulation and their function and reason for selection
