Using the COBIT2019 Framework for IT Governance and Change Management

The goal of this study is to improve IT governance and benefits administration in public sector organisations, particularly in Queensland (Australia). This study examines the challenges faced by government agencies when trying to quantify the returns on investments made in information and communication technology (ICT) projects. The Auditor Generals in different parts of Australia discovered these problems and raised red flags about them. Deficits in governance practise inside government agencies, as reported by the Victorian and Queensland Audit Offices, are also highlighted in the report. The report highlighted these problems.
