Guidelines:

• Briefly introduce your chosen organisation and the specific product(s)/service(s) you are focusing on and the standardised model of value chain.
• Choose two environmental issues and two social/cultural issues and explain (for each issue separately) why they are important issues to consider/address. Evaluate which organisational value chain activities they relate to and how. You must include both support and primary activities.
• You can discuss either actual sustainability issues that exist within your organisation (if data are available) or issues that may need to be addressed/considered (if data are not available).
• Around 2000 words (1000 words/section)

Develop a plan which includes feasible solutions to two of the identified sustainability challenges in Task 1. You will discuss how your organisation could eliminate or reduce these issues. You will also justify your solutions and evaluate the overall impact on the organisation’s economic sustainability.
