Section I: Introduction: This Section should describes the originality of the  proposed issue.However, We suggest the authors to add further details about the  advantages of the proposed approach with respect to the ones used commonly. 4. Author should state their goal and the paper novelty (also over other approaches)  in a more concise and clear way.Generally, do not integrate colloquial speech and  common phrases that do not have any added value. Please use professional  language.In the final paragraph, explain the structure of the manuscript. 5. Section II: Improve related work content, provide details review on recent year  papers.2017-2020 research papers minimum 5 papers - maximum 10 papers. 6. Section III: Author should discuss the novelty of this work in terms of  mathematical models and examples. Show the theoretical reason why the  proposed technique is better than existing techniques, because author should  explain theoretical explanation about compared existing technique appeared  suddenly in Sect.3. 

7. Do not integrate figures,tables and equations with out any details or added value.  The added value of each figure,tables and equations and its outcome should be  described with sufficient detail. Update good quality of figures with units and  axis details.Number all the figures,tables and equations in ascending order. Place  the reference in proper section, reference are randomly placed here. 

8. Section IV & V: Follow, conference format to avoid format problems.The author  should consider extending their analysis to a bigger data sets / Create a test  models to validate your results with existing papers.Without existing paper  comparison this research paper will not be recommend for publication.  Discussion on tables and figures are insufficient, improve the quality comparison.  

9. In the conclusion the authors should state the limitations,research findings and  future works of their method. Reference section is too week to consider for  publication, include minimum 25 published research articles.Don’t use links,  white papers in reference section. 

10. We are expecting minimum 5 pages , so maintain minimum page limitation.  English language: it is quite accurate but I recommend the authors a careful  control in order to avoid trivial mistakes.
