2) Choose four interviews and transcribe them verbatim (type up the entire account, word for word). I recommend having each student transcribe one interview.
3) Review the transcripts to identify themes in the narratives (stories) provided. Look for similarities and differences between the four accounts of sexual assault, paying particular attention to the following phases: pre-victimization, victimization, transition, and reorganization, as well as the characteristics of the victim, the crime, and the post-crime factors.
