My property manager informed me on the 10/01/2018 that they had a licensed roofingplumber inspect the leak and he reported that the leak was due to the solar panelsinstallers cutting the tiles to install the support brackets.
2. Contacted Energy Australia (EA) via email on 11/01/2018 requesting they inspect thedamages it has caused.
3. Despite repeated emails EA just only reply to my emails for about 8 weeks wasautomated responses promising to contact be in 1-5 working days.
4. Eventually on 02/03/2018 EA replied and stated that my Solar System warranty hadexpired.
5. After several phone calls and emails EA finally conceded that it was still under warranty.
6. In July 2018 EA said they will send a field Engineer to fix the leak.
7. In November 2018 EA finally sent a Field Engineer to fix the leak.
8. The engineer explained to me that the cracked tiles were caused from how the footing'sused to support the solar panels were causing the tiles to leak and that he installed thefooting to EA's procedures and that EA had now changed their installation procedures asthe previous procedure were causing tiles to crack causing leaks.
9. In December 2018 reports from the tenants that the leaks had escalated and were nowdripping through the bedroom wardrobes and ceiling in. I kept contacting EA to fix theleak.
10. Again EA repeatedly failed to respond to emails with any information
