2 Selection Sort Simulation 
This is the second task of your final assessment. This task will take longer than the first task. It is strongly recommended for you to watch the supplementary videos prior to the coding. The task will be to write a program that visualizes Selection Sorting algorithm. 
2.1 Command Line Arguments Your program will have either 1 OR 2 command line arguments. The first argument is the length of sleeping time for the animation (more details later). The second argument is the name of text file containing the integers to be sorted However, the second argument is optional: • If the file name is provided via command line arguments, then your program should read the integers from the file. • If the file name is NOT provided via command line arguments, then your program will prompt the user for the amount of the integers, and then generate the array of random integers. (more details on Section 2.1.2)
