I am planning a web-based system that uses Machine-learning algorithms to assist the blind people and make them competent to send, receive and do various tasks on Emails using their “voice commands”. As blind people are unable to use a computer system without any assistance so I intend to use machine learning that is a massive branch of Artificial Intelligence which will be able to help out the visually impaired people to overcome this obstacle of using the computer systems to send and receive emails.

List a series of objectives you need to achieve in order to fulfil the aims of your project. I am trying to do is make a system that will be wholly controlled by voice commands. It will instruct that blind person and will get instructions from them what they want to do through voice commands. The This project definition must be undertaken in consultation with your supervisor. The feasibility of the project should have been assessed and the project aims should be clearly defined.

I will be using Django which is a web framework of python. For the project I have opted Django because of the python functionalities. Django uses MVC that means no one can gain unwanted access to the data there is properly structure how data is fetched from database and show to the user.
I will be using python “Speech Recognition library”, “TensorFlow” and some other libraries of python that will support us in achieving the task. If a user opens the site, and the system will ask him if he is new or existing user. Then the user will respond to this query by saying “I am a new user” or “I am an existing user”. If the user is new to the system so signup process will take place and then the user needs to provide details through his voice to respond to the system as it will ask about the information to enter data .
The system will ask for “Last Name”,” Email address”,” Password”,” First Name”,
