Once the fund is established, the two counsellors ask that the name of the fund be
changed to Land Use Fund and the clients’ names are changed so that the counsellors’ involvement is hidden. They explain that Joe Bloggs has agreed to be listed as the
primary “client” for the renamed Land Use Fund. You are later asked by a misconduct commission investigating donations to local politicians to provide all the details of the trust account associated with Joe Bloggs. You do exactly that, not mentioning anything associated with the prior account.
