An Order Management System (OMS) needs to be designed for ZFW Dark Stores, which acts as an intermediary between multiple different marketplaces and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) The focus of this OMS would be to collect order data from different marketplaces, sort it in a logical manner acceptable by the WMS (sort, not process), and send it to the WMS. To do: A) Create a detailed product roadmap for the OMS, including 1. A list of proposed features 2. Timelines and resource requirements. 3. Key success metrics for the OMS B) Also design a user flow for the OMS, including key pages and functionalities, and explain the reasoning behind the design choices.
