GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The MCQ assessment will take place on Wednesday 10 th February.
2. The assessment will be available for you to start between 12 midday and 2pm.
3. Once you start the assessment you have one hour to complete it. Eg - If you start the assessment at 1.30, you will have one hour from then in which to complete it. You cannot complete part of the test and then come back to finish it at a later stage. THIS IS A LIVE ASSESSMENT AND YOU ONLY HAVE ONE ATTEMPT
4. You are advised to start the assessment no later than 1.30pm just in case you encounter any technical difficulties that may delay your start. You are encouraged to start by 1pm. Technical support is definitely available from 12 midday until 2pm but a timely response cannot be guaranteed for any issues after that time.
5. The assessment will consist of 30 multiple choice questions based on the topics of “What is Equity & Trusts”, “Constitution”, “Certainty”, “Secret Trusts” and “Charity”. These are the topics covered up to and including Seminar 11.
6. As you will be completing the assessment at home, you may refer to your notes/textbooks etc. However, please note that in practical terms, one hour to answer 30 questions does not give you a great deal of time to look up any answers and so you should prepare/revise accordingly.
7. Marks will available to you on MY DMU within 20 working days (10 th March 2021) but we will do our best to get them to you earlier than that if we are able to.
