Recommend and explain to management a suitable strategy that could be implemented to address the proposed objective. Critically discuss the control process that can be applied to your organisation to enhance effective implementation of the strategy proposed above.

3. In your new role of senior strategist, effective leadership and management are a priority to ensure business success. You have decided to give management more insights into the roles and functions of leadership and management. Briefly discuss the following to give managements more insights into these disciplines:

• Differentiate management and leadership;
• Critically discuss the concept of management, management functions, and roles of the different levels of management;
• Considering any leadership theory, discuss the role and importance of leaders; and
• Critically discuss how managers can use emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence (EQ and SQ) to enhance organisational performance.

4. Based on the findings of your situation analysis conducted, above, you are convinced the organisation needs to change some strategies for competitive advantage. Critically discuss any change management theory that the organisation can adopt to manage change and enhance effective change management.
