Use different viewpoint models such as Organisational, Business function, Business process and infrastructure viewpoints to show how this will be accomplished.

Use a modelling language as part of your description of a functional design. A formal analysis technique should then be used to justify your reasoning.

You have a choice to use either:
• the example scenario described below, or
• the same enterprise you described in assignment one. If you are using your Assignment One example, you will need to define a scenario similar to the example.

Whitireia and WelTec are integrating their IT infrastructure into one usable department.  At present Whitireia use Moodle for on-line material and WelTec uses Blackboard.  The senior management team have decided that Moodle will be used across the newly formed infrastructure.  Your job is to use views and viewpoints to show what the new on-line platform for student focused service will look like.  The newly formed Department of IT Services will be using cloud technology to implement the new system.  Make as many assumptions as you like, but you must clearly tell the reader of the document what assumptions you have made.
Your next job is to focus on the Department of Information Technology and how this change will impact the tutors, this can be done by showing the new views and viewpoints of the new design.
