Task 1: Provide information and training to the work team about WHS policies and procedures

Insert your responses into the hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRAC) template which is a separate document provided to you by your Assessor.

3.2 Implement procedures to control risks
Attach the completed HIRAC template to your Student Assessment Workbook.
Attach the copy of your email to the CEO to your Student Assessment Workbook.
 
Task 4: Implement and Monitor Participation Arrangements for Managing WHS
In this task, you will (as part of your consultative requirements) hold a meeting with the team members, and update and implement further action (if) required with the recent HIRAC.

4.1 Update team members about completed HIRAC’s

4.2 Raise issues from HIRAC meeting with CEO
Attach the copy of your email to the CEO to your Student Assessment Workbook.

Task 5: Implement and Monitor Organisational Procedures for Maintaining WHS Records for the Team

In this task, you will update the ‘WHSRegister’provided including the latest results of your HIRAC activity. In addition,you will undertake an analysis of this register and make a summary of the current trends with WHS in the organisation. Finally, you will send an email to the CEO and to the team in order to keep them updated with the process.
