Why Quiz Is Important In Teaching Assignment

Overview

The quiz has three objectives. First, the quiz allows you to demonstrate your understanding of the topics covered in Week 1. Secondly, it allows you and the convenor to check your progress. Lastly, the quiz also occurs immediately before Census Day (Thursday of Week 2). Census Day is the last opportunity to withdraw from a unit without incurring a HECS-HELP debt or without having to demonstrate 'extenuating circumstances'. It can be helpful for you to have an indication of how you're going in a unit before Census Day.

Answering the quiz

You will be presented with a question and then a series of potential answers. You will need to select one of them. Only one of the answers is correct. Every question has the same point value. If you do not select the correct answer, you will receive no (0) points for the question. Questions will be allocated randomly to each student, meaning each quiz will be unique.

Requirements

• You will have one hour to complete the quiz. The quiz cannot be paused and cannot be attempted again.
• While answering the quiz, you can use any materials you wish for assistance.
