Many of your arguments have a reference in the paragraph but it is not attached to the main point or argument you are raising. For example you start by noting that Archer outlines the benefits of WHS mgt but then put a separate reference at the end of some marking criter lines without making it clear what the reference offers or how it is different to Archer. If you want to make a case you need evidence to substantiate it. Use the research you mention to support your argument rather than simply noting that a published paper makes a point that agrees with yours. Use the finding of the study you cite to expand and support your argument.
