  • Section 12 of the WSH Act ia about the responsibilities of the employer. The responsibilities of the employer are to protect the safety and health of the people under the company and also any other people who are affected by the work done by the employer’s workers.

  • Safety walkways are provided for the work environment to be safe for the workers. All personnel are also provided with mandatory PPE including Safety Helmet, Safety Glasses, Safety Boots, Safety Gloves, Ear Plugs and Reflective Vest. Also, barricades with safety signage are erected to prevent & warn other persons from getting hurt.
  • Safety measures for machineries include all cranes have valid LM Certificates with daily inspection checklist by the operators, electrical equipment and tools are inspected monthly by LEW, etc.

  • 15.00pm – IP Zilani started cutting the side of the I-Beam. During cutting, the hot metal slags were flying in forward direction away from him.
