• Section 12 of the WSH Act ia about the responsibilities of the employer. The responsibilities of the employer are to protect the safety and health of the people under the company and also any other people who are affected by the work done by the employer’s workers.

All personnel are also provided with mandatory PPE including Safety Helmet, Safety Glasses, Safety Boots, Safety Gloves, Ear Plugs and Reflective Vest.
