Summary 

Create a new Spring Boot Project and name it “Assignment 3_Your_name” Develop a SymphonyUsedBikes Web App with the following  functionality, 

1. Insert, Update and Delete a record into the Bike table in using H2  database. 

2. The delete page is secured using Spring Security with Database  

Part 1 

Create index.html which will have links to three html forms for Insert, Update and Delete records in Bike Table. 

a) In insert.html form, accept manufacturerID, model, year, color and  price from the user and add a button called insert. Here, populate the  manufacturer ID from manufacturer in a dropdown. 

b) In update.html form, accept model and price from the user and  add a button called Update. 

c) In delete.html form, accept bikeID from the user and add a button  called Delete. Here, populate the bikeID from the database in a dropdown. 

Part 2 

In your DatabaseAccess class,  

Add the following three methods, 

a) Write a method called insertBike that takes manufacturerID, model, year, color and price as  parameters. (check datatypes from schema.sql ) Write SQL to insert a new record into your bike table.  

b) Write a method called updateBike that takes model, price as parameters. (check datatypes from  schema.sql)Write SQL to update existing records in the bike table. 

c) Write a method called deleteBike that takes bikeID as parameter. (check datatypes from  schema.sql) Write SQL to delete a record into your Bike table.
