Western Sydney COVID-19 Vaccine Centre (WSCVC) is one of the planned 30-50 ongoing hospital hubs in urban and rural Australia, located at Goodmead Hospital,
Parramatta. The WSCVC is founded for the COVID-19 vaccination management of Great Western Sydney that generally embraces the north-west, south-west, centralwest, and far western sub-regions within Sydney's metropolitan area and encompasses 13 local government areas: Blacktown, Blue Mountains, Camden, Campbelltown, Canterbury-Bankstown, Cumberland, Fairfield, Hawkesbury, Liverpool, Parramatta, Penrith, Hills, and Wollondilly, with about 10% of Australian population living in this region.

Working together with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), Australia, the WSCVC will partake in the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines in the GWS region. According to the vaccination plan, WSCVC will order the vaccines from the National Centre for the vaccination at each aged and disability care, and other vaccine sites, and report any incidents during the vaccine transport in GWS and storage at the local centres.
