This is a group assignment/project. Group members are responsible for ensuring that work divided among group members is fair and equal. Students will be addressing the understanding of theoretical, practical and contextual issues related to network security and overall security processes, with emphasis on security policy design and management, security technologies, products and solutions, firewall and secure router design, installation, and configuration. Assignment: Campus Integration UODABEAU college is setting up a new branch in Kuantan, Malaysia. It occupies a row of 5 double-storey shoplots. The floor plan is attached in Figure 1. You are required to design, simulate and test the network setup for the college. Below are the initial specifications:

1. There are Five (5) types of users using the campus network: a. Staff (Wi-Fi and Wired)

i. Wi-Fi and Wired network are separated.

ii. Staff devices can be discovered across Wi-Fi and Wired but not to students and guest.

b. Student (Wi-Fi and Wired)

i. Wi-Fi and Wired network are separated.

ii. Devices in this network cannot be discovered by one another.

c. Guests (Wi-Fi) i. Isolated network with no access to any devices in campus but can access to the Internet.

2. All staffs, students and guest are required to authenticate via campus authentication server.

3. Staffs and students are able to send and receive campus emails.

4. Each department (Staff) has port 5000 and 5001 enabled for an IP chat application.

5. The Campus server is located in a separate network. Staffs and students can access directly from campus network.

6. Based on your assumptions, dedicated service ports should be allowed for staff to access specific internal servers.

7. Internal IT staffs use Remote access (SSH) to all the networking devices for troubleshooting purposes.

8. IT staffs from Glenmarie Main Campus can access the networking devices for troubleshooting via (Virtual Private Network) VPN.
